Aged Care Compliance Officer

We are looking for a My Aged Care Program – Compliance Officer to ensure our program meets the requirements of delivering a My Aged Care, Home Care Package Program.

The successful applicant will also support regional program coordinators to meet the My Aged Care Program standards and make sure that participants are fully supported to access services available to them, through their Home Care Package.

Ideally, you will have experience with Home Care Package Programs and have an understanding of the Aboriginal community in Lutruwita/Tasmania, and the challenges faced by Aboriginal people.

The successful candidate will need high-level communication and engagement skills and proficiency in using digital programs, including the Microsoft suite of programs and industry-specific applications such as Turn Point.

The central office is in Nipaluna/Hobart, but the location is negotiable as this is a state-wide position. The pay rate is negotiable depending on knowledge, skill and experience of the successful applicant, with regular pay increases under a registered Enterprise Agreement and good superannuation entitlements. A full-time or part-time position is available.
