We are looking for an Aboriginal Health Worker, Registered Nurse, or Enrolled Nurse for the Aboriginal Health Service based in Nipaluna/Hobart or Kutalayna/Bridgewater.
The successful applicant will deliver individual clinical care (with a focus on chronic disease) and implement health promotions and preventative health programs in partnership with internal and external health service providers to ensure the best health outcomes for clients and the Community. They will also support clients in making informed decisions about their health outcomes.
The position is available full-time or part-time depending on circumstances.
