Human Resources Practitioner
We’re looking for an experienced Human Resources Practitioner to ensure contemporary personnel and occupational health and safety practices in our Statewide organisation of nearly 200 employees.
You must have excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as high level understanding of relevant legislation. Thorough knowledge and experience of the Fair Work and Workers Compensation systems would be well regarded. A good understanding of the Aboriginal community in Lutruwita/Tasmania and the challenges faced by Aboriginal people are highly desirable.
Our central office is in Nipaluna/Hobart and some intra State travel is required. Your work location may be negotiable. The pay rate is negotiable depending on skill and experience in our TAC Level 8 range of $112,000 to $121,000 per annum or as negotiated, with regular pay increases under a registered Enterprise Agreement and good superannuation entitlements. Position is full time or part time.
