Tasmanian Aboriginal Legal Service Client Satisfaction Survey to end June 2015 One hundred client satisfaction survey forms were obtained from clients of the Tasmanian Aboriginal Legal Aid Scheme. These surveys were designed to capture a snapshot of our performance for the year from all parts of the State and including both genders. Prisoners were included in the survey. Reminder – transfer any legal cases now

Reminder to clients of Aboriginal Legal Aid in Tasmania that they need to contact their lawyer at Beeton & Mansell to arrange transfer of their case to another legal aid service. This is because the Abbott government gave Aboriginal legal aid funding to the Victorian Aboriginal Legal Service instead of to the Tasmanian Aboriginal Centre which had operated the service for over 40 years.
