Kumanjayi White was a young, disabled Warlpiri man.

He should still be alive but he was killed while being restrained by NT Police in a Coles supermarket in Mparntwe (Alice Springs) last week.

His devastated family is demanding justice and they need our support.

Their demands are clear:

• A fully independent investigation — no cops investigating cops

• Immediate release of CCTV and bodycam footage

• An end to racist victim-blaming by NT Police

Since the 1991 Royal Commission, over 595 First Nations people have died in custody. This has to stop.

We’re calling for:

• Justice for Kumanjayi

• Police accountability

• Action from Minister Malarndirri McCarthy, the PM & Attorney-General
