Join the Aboriginal Health Service Team to support individuals and families affected by substance abuse. We are looking for motivated individuals with AoD skills in mentoring and case coordination. This role involves both clinic work and outreach within a primary health care framework.
The position requires knowledge and appreciation of the cultural and social needs of Aboriginal people and sound interpersonal and communication skills. The successful applicants are likely to have working knowledge of AoD services and pathways. Applicants with qualifications in AoD (eg cert IV or diploma) or qualifications and experience in a relevant health field are encouraged to apply.
