The Tasmanian Aboriginal Centre is looking for a committed and community-minded person to join our team as the North-West Region Coordinator.
This role helps support our staff and programs across the North-West, making sure the Aboriginal community has strong access to culturally safe health and wellbeing services.
In this role you will:
✔ Support our regional staff with daily operations
✔ Help deliver health promotion and community activities
✔ Build strong relationships with community and Elders
✔ Assist with rosters, reporting, and admin tasks
✔ Help keep our workplaces safe and culturally strong
✔ Be part of a positive, supportive NW team
We’re looking for someone who:
· Has experience supporting or managing teams
· Communicates well and works collaboratively
· Understands the needs of the Tasmanian Aboriginal community
· Is organised, reliable, and community-focused
· Is Aboriginal – this is an identified position
Remuneration and Benefits
· Salary range $88,000-$124,000 pa + salary packaging
· 16% superannuation
