At Palawa Kipli we want to share our rich cultural history and bring people together to enjoy our modern take on traditional native foods. This role works as part of a small team producing a range of Palawa Kipli foods to meet catering orders and for our tour groups.
Based at Piyura Kitina (Risdon Cove) the successful applicant will be a qualified cook with a strong commitment to working in a culturally appropriate way to produce our delicious and unique food offerings. This role will be expected to also coach and support Community members using the commercial kitchen space as well ensuring that our facilities are maintained to a high standard.
