The Healthy Country Unit is growing and has opportunities for Aboriginal men and women to help deliver our land and sea country management programs statewide.

We have vacancies for Coordinators, Rangers and Ranger Supervisors, located in different locations around the state. Working with the Palawa Community as part of a supportive team, the roles involve protecting Palawa cultural heritage values, caring for Country in accord with our community-led healthy country plans, and supporting our community to connect with Country and keep our culture strong.

We are looking for people with strong community connections, and values as well as a commitment to caring for Country and an eagerness to learn. Positions are available for people at all levels of experience, with appointment to Coordinator and Ranger Supervisor roles dependent on relevant experience. To work with us, you must also be able to obtain a Working with Vulnerable People card.
